Benjamin William Construction Group was hired to turn a 10-family apartment building into 2 duplex condo units — each with 3,500 ft2 of living space
Each unit includes finished basement, 2nd floor master suite with 2 additional bedrooms on the 3rd floor, 3.5 baths, and a custom kitchen with a Wolf Stove and built-in Sub-Zero refrigerator. Throughout the units, we used Anderson A series windows with semi-divided light.
Boral maintenance-free siding was used on the building’s exterior. The property features off-street parking and plenty of green space. A 3rd detached condo is currently under construction.
